How quickly can you arrive?
If you are located in Copenhagen, we can often arrive within 1–2 hours. If you live a bit further away, arrival time will vary depending on the distance.
Our base is in Taastrup, so for example, it will take longer to drive to Kokkedal. Remember, you can always contact us to get a more precise estimate based on your specific location.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
Your presence is not necessary, but we do need specific instructions from you. You can provide these in the “Message to the mechanic” field during our booking process.
For example, you might write: “The key to the shed is under the mat, and the bike is inside. Please return the key to the same spot after finishing.”
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options for your convenience. You can pay via MobilePay or use your bank card, as we always carry a payment terminal.
Additionally, we also offer the option to send an invoice, which can be useful if payment needs to be made from a company account.
